One Community Ely CIC is driven by people who care deeply about the community, understand its challenges and believe in its potential.
Stuart Cosslett
Stuart Cosslett is a passionate community advocate, businessman and experienced grassroots sports leader with a longstanding commitment to supporting people across Ely and Caerau.
With a background in health and social care, business management, landscaping and community development, Stuart brings a diverse range of experience to his role as Managing Director of One Community Ely CIC.
His interests include youth empowerment, education, health and wellbeing, social inclusion and community regeneration.
Stuart is also a member of the Ely and Caerau Pride in Place Board, where he advocates for meaningful resident participation, transparency and investment that delivers lasting improvements for local people.
His ambition is to help create a community where residents are heard, opportunities are accessible and positive change is shaped by the people who live there.
